Meet Oka Pastini
Balinese Woman Behind Bali Yoga House
My name is Oka Pastini, you can call me Ocha. I am a Balinese yoga instructor with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience across Bali, Indonesian archipelago, and Europe.
I have completed more than 1,000 hours of training, including a 500-hour Hatha YTT, 100-hour Aerial and Yin YTTs, intensive Bikram courses in Bali, and deepened my practice in Rishikesh, India.
Combining 16 years of diverse experience across hospitality, journalism, and wellness, I actively collaborate with partners to host authentic Balinese retreats both on my home island and overseas. Currently, I am expanding my expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in Tourism Culture & Religion, specializing in yoga tourism research.
